Refund & Cancellation policy

At Jiyo Manifestation Academy, we want you to have a clear understanding of our refund and cancellation terms before purchasing any course, program or coaching service.
Because many of our offerings may provide immediate access to digital or recorded educational content, different refund conditions may apply depending on the type of service purchased.
1. Digital and Recorded Courses
For recorded courses and digital products, access may be provided immediately after successful payment.
Because digital content may become accessible immediately, refunds may not be available once course or digital-content access has been provided, except where required under applicable law or where Jiyo Manifestation Academy specifically agrees otherwise.
Please review the course information carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Live Programs and Workshops
For live workshops, masterclasses or programs, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on how much time remains before the scheduled program.
The applicable cancellation terms, if different, will be communicated on the relevant registration or payment page.
3. One-to-One Coaching
For individual coaching sessions, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same product or service, please contact us as soon as possible with your transaction details.
After verification, we will review the duplicate transaction and process an appropriate refund where applicable.
5. Failed Transactions
If your account is charged but your order is not successfully completed, please contact us with your transaction information.
We will verify the payment status and assist you accordingly.
6. How to Request a Refund

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
